Order Processing

All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours from placement, except on Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, orders are delivered within 4 to 5 business days in most serviceable locations. Timelines may vary slightly by city and courier network.

Restocked or Pre-Order Items

If an item is under restock or pre-booking, the updated dispatch and delivery timeline will be shared in advance by email or message.

Domestic Shipping (India)

• We ship all across India.
• Standard shipping is available at checkout.
• Shipping is free for all prepaid orders.
• COD orders carry a flat INR 100 charge.
• COD is available across serviceable pin codes.

Packaging and Address Changes

• Each order is packed in sturdy, damage-resistant packaging.
• Shipping address modification is not available after order placement.
• If the order is already shipped and needs re-shipping to a new address, an additional INR 150 will apply.

International Shipping

• KalaMohini ships internationally.
• Import duties, customs charges, and local taxes (if any) are borne by the customer.
• International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
