Return and Exchange Policy

No refund policy: all sale, discounted, coupon, and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
Product Exchange
If you do not like the delivered product, inform us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. The item must be self-shipped back by the customer.
Credit Note or Gift Card
On eligible exchange cases, we issue a credit note or gift card after deducting INR 100 shipping cost. Gift card validity is 1 year from issue date.
Damaged or Wrong Delivery
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, report within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange replacement through the fastest feasible courier service after verification.
Quality Verification
Every shipment goes through multiple quality checks, and packing records are maintained for reference. In genuine cases, we ensure quick assistance.
